I know what you’re thinking; a pizza place, big deal, but it’s not just an ordinary pizza place. 1st of all it’s a bring your own wine restaurant and 2nd it’s the best pizza I have ever tasted. Being part italian myself I tend to be very picky about my pizza and pasta dishes, but I can assure you I had no complaints that night.
A friend and I chose to share two different pies, out of the 41 pizza selections, yes that’s correct 41. It’s an extensive menu and trying to choose just 2 was quite the process. We settled on the Minerva and the Bufala. Minerva is mozzarella, feta, pesto, sliced tomatoes,olives and fresh sliced onions. Bufala is tomato sauce, sliced garlic, fresh basil, mozzarella di Bufala (imported from the south of Italy).
I wish I had pictures to show you but the thought never even crossed our minds, all we wanted to do was taste the glorious pizza, and we did. Both pies were completely devoured, leaving nothing but crumbs. I couldn’t even tell you which one was better, they were both very different and both very good.
I can’t wait to go back and taste more of their diverse toppings.
